Fabulous

By the way, my post is nothing to with the title, but you may think is fabulous. Just a quick update for what had happened throughout the past couple of months. Failed my finance without any doubts. And effing unbelievable that I failed my BLAW. I THOUGHT I did it fantastically, but too bad. Get a C-. Lets not waste our time on that. Ok. I am officially single AGAIN. Pathetic, huh? Not I am so picky that I remain single all the time, is just...maybe I am not the type for early dating? Who knows. I managed to get a job with a mouth watery pay that everyone luring for it. Thanks to the couple,Ruby and Justin. Attend the induction program and learn about the company product knowledge. The fabulous thing was we paid to attend the training. Isn't that great? Went for live call after 2 weeks more or less. I screwed up 4-5 calls at the first. Being complaint and everything you can think of.


Started working yesterday, and now there's where the climax is. Customer called and ask for special assistance for the bad eyesight passenger. Our company doesn't provide such services, and she keep on insisting there is. With my english level I tried my best to explain and convince her. But, she don't even compromise. At the end of the call, she said " You can't even speak proper english? Where do you from? Malaysia? You are clueless about the airport system. I don't understand why you can work for jetstar. Thank you for nothing" (it sounds more or less like this). WTF. If you are so considerate, why don't you escort her yourself? Asking some stupid help where we can't even provide for. Ya, you have such brilliant english accent which spelled A for Elephant. As you pronounce E as A. And A as I. One of the customer mentioned, "can i speak to someone with English as the first language?" Tell you what, why dont you try to speak in cantonese and I'll speak cantonese with you with some great accent and see what will you understand from me. Stop thinking you are so brilliant.

There's another issue. I don't know why I am the only one who encountered this problem. When i end the booking the credit card went through. But when i clear i, the card decline. GREAT. I encountered 2 times yesterday and one time today. Yesterday, the first time I approached to one of the team leader which are so approachable and assisted me. The next time again, I approached to this XXX. She stared at me and said " There's no one encounter such thing before. Is the system fault or your fault?" Ok. I swallowed it and admit is my fault. Today, those annoying stubborn head customer called up with those accent which you can't even hear what they say complaint that they want someone that understand ENGLISH. I told this XXX. She stared with me with those effing eyes and said "Because you cant handle customer. Isit your problem?" Ya, if i can handle customer with no flaws in 2 days after training, I am in the same level as you and overtake your position. I thought TL should be approachable. Do you think you have the criteria? Think about it.

Fortunately, sometimes customer really appreciate our help and really patience with us. They may think we made their day and really thankful for our assistance. Never mind, with such pay,I will gulp it and endure.
